The GPC tools offer a proper study of the operation of a complex system (industrial equipment, production line, engine, biological process…) through a history of measures.

These tools identify the major factors that influence the system’s behavior and its sources of disturbance.

Having identified these factors and measured their effects on each variable of the system, it is possible to change the system behavior, in order to:

A real GPC Audit, leading to actionable modifications of the studied system must be run by a qualified user of the GPC technology in collaboration with experts.

This qualified user, internal to the company (GPC System consultant or certified consultant) will use the modules included in the GPC Expert subscription (particularly GPC Scan).

GPC System offers qualification training for GPC Audit.

An audit may include data validations, selections of variables and observations, creation of new variables obtained by complex transformations on the data, the integration of targets and specification limits, sensitivities settings, intelligence of anomalies… It can produce a usable model of analyses for periodic monitoring (daily, weekly…) or for real-time monitoring.

However, faster superficial analyses are possible and useful:   


GPC System offers “Flash Audit” to assess whether the GPC tools are adapted to a history of data and an identified issue: it will carry out the first steps 1 to 7 of a GPC Audit within a week, generally requiring a day of GPC consultant.


The GPC Go Module can easily start a standard analysis of the history of measures and get a standard 20 pages report that mentions the most important results of the analysis. This module is used by an expert in this field after an initial training on the interpretation of the main results of GPC analysis: GPC First training. This user performs steps 1 to 5 of the GPC Audit independently. The GPC View module is associated to the GPC Go module, in connection with the GPC First subscription to provide access to all possible GPC results and to complete manually, if necessary, the standard published report.
