Subscribers of GPC Box service receive help documents about using various modules through different forms:

In addition, GPC consultants offer Individual Support for the implementation of Global Process Control according to the context of the customer.

Individual Support

This support covers:

  • Approach methodology of the customer issue.
  • Configuration of software modules.
  • Interpretation of obtained results.

For this support, the customer communicates with the consultant via GPC web conferences, which allows a reduced invoicing, counted as 1/2 hour.

This support is adapted to the autonomy level desired by the customer. There are three main levels of service, numbered in ascending order of customer autonomy.

  • LEVEL 1

  • Customer :
    Collects and provides data.
    Receives reports / dashboards and interpretations.

  • GPC System :
    Creates and updates the customized monitoring models.
    Receives data.
    Generates reports / dashboards.
    Interprets the results.

  • In collaboration :
    Identify actions to be taken : improvement actions, development of the monitoring models…

  • LEVEL 2
  • Customer :
    Receives personalized updated monitoring models.
    Collects data.
    Generates and interprets reports / dashboards.

  • GPC System :
    Creates and updates personalized updated monitoring models.

  • In collaboration :
    Identify actions to be taken :
    improvement actions,
    development of the monitoring models…

  • LEVEL 3
  • Customer :
    Creates and updates the customized monitoring models.
    Collects data.
    Generates and interprets reports / dashboards.

  • GPC System :
    Creates and updates the customized monitoring models.
    Receives data.
    Generates reports / dashboards.
    Interprets the results.
