CONSTRUCTION OF DEVELOPED MODELS OF GPC ANALYSIS

GPC Scan, analysis production data software, based on patented multivariate statistical algorithm. GPC Scan analyzes your data, displays the results on pre-configured screens and builds models of control for periodic monitoring (by GPC Scan) and for real-time monitoring (GPC Guard).

The main functions of GPC Scan are:

Data collection: database, files, DDE link, real-time protocols, fieldbus…

Data validation: management of missing and aberrant values, filters.

Data quality: multi-criteria evaluation of the quality of data after collection, in all the analysis phases and the construction of models.

Data pre-treatment: mobile averages, time treatments, basic or complex calculations on raw data ; monitoring functions of the operating point.

  • Basic functions: +,-,*, / ; Log10, LogN, Expon, square, square root.
  • •Logic functions: Sud and Inf, equal, not equal, And or Not If.
  • •Special functions: Delay, Mobile Average, Numbering of samples or internal to the samples, integrative function…
  • •Monitoring functions of the operating point:
    • Average phase: provides the centering of the model on different phases of a history (maintenance for example) ; the “Phase” variable changes state on an observation (impulsion at the beginning of the phase).
    • Average by attribute: provides the centering of the model on different products, made in a same history ; the “Product” variable changes state at the changing product (stable state).

Important note: all those pre-treatments are incorporated in the model of control, treated and calculated in real-time by GPC Guard or in deferred-time by GPC Report.

UNIVARIATE SPC:

Shewhart cards (individual measures and averages of samples), Sigma, EWMA, Cp Cpk, 2D graphs…

CONTROL OF ANOMALIES:

Detection, classification and identification of groups of anomalies ; diagram of sensitive variables moving towards the root cause. Production of a detection model and identification of the anomalies in real time, files association (images, sounds…) to the anomaly.

CONTROL OF THE DISPERSION:

Evaluation of the dispersions, identification of the origin of the common variable, determination of the decentering values. Production of a bahavioral model under control.

SYNOPTIC FUNCTION:

Insertion of images in a standard format and configuration of the measured variables from the image to form a dynamic synoptic, displaying the anomalies signatures and the observations profiles.
