REAL-TIME MONITORING

GPC Guard, data analysis and real-time monitoring software, mono-variate and multi-variate. GPC Guard bases it’s monitoring on a control model generated by GPC Scan.

MONITORING AND ALARMS:

From the production data collected in real-time, GPC Guard monitors the proper operation of the process, and detects anomalies as early as possible. Thanks to the anomaly signature set in the model, GPC Guard generates an understandable alarm which allows users to effect the appropriate actions.

ALARM PANEL:

GPC Guard displays an alarm panel when an anomaly appears; this panel brings to the operator all the information relative to the dysfunction: cause, action plan, images, sounds, videos…

CREATION OF NEW ANOMALIES:

GPC Guard detects and presents new anomalies which are not yet modeled. The real-time model is automatically enriched.

SIMULATION OF A HISTORY:

From a history of data, GPC Guard can show a real-time simulation of a data collection. The user can adjust different parameters concerning the input frequencies of the data. This simulation adds monitoring graphs and activates the alert windows, if necessary.

REAL-TIME GRAPH:

GPC Guard displays and refreshes in real-time, all the graphs necessary for piloting:

  • •Global indicator “health” of the process: each point of the graph is an observation of the process, with a set of the measured variables. An alarm goes on for corrective actions when observations are beyond the red limit.
  • •Alarms graph by “Alarm Index”: the diagram presents observations following their level of gravity defined by its Alarm Index, ranging between -4 and 4.
  • •Observations profile: bar graph presenting all the monitored variables, colored by Alarm Index.
  • •Soft Sensor: Display choice of an anomaly group variable (Vgr or soft sensor) for the specific control of a dysfunction.
  • •Classic mono variate control cards: Display choice of all the measured variables for an individual control (mono variate SPC).
